Massages
Massages ensure the total relaxation of body and mind. You may choose the type of massage that best fits with the way you feel and your personal wishes. For example, you can choose a massage with hot stones or a manual massage with aromatic oils. Other choices include Shiatsu, Honey Massage or Hydrotherm (specially for pregnant women.)

Hotstone massage
The temperature of the basalt stones that are used in the massage is approximately 40-45 degrees. A hotstone massage has an intense effect due to the movement and warmth of the stones.
Shiatsu massage
Shiatsu is a Japanese body massage that uses the thumbs, palms and fingers to apply pressure on certain points in the body.
Indian Massage
The Indian massage begins with the application of Qi balm. It frees body and mind from unwanted stress and has an intense effect.
Polynesian Body Massage
The “hot sand” and monoï oil filled compresses have a muscle-relaxing effect. During the Polynesian massage, you will listen to soothing music from French Polynesia.
Hydrotherm Massage
You lie on your back on a mattress filled with hot water. The warmth and comfort ensures that the Hydrotherm massage melts away all your tensions.
Manuele Massage
Circulation is stimulated and toxins are optimally released. Massaging the muscles in your back, neck and shoulders is specifically aimed at stress and tension reduction.
Foot Reflex Massage
The body must relax in order to promote the flow of energy and eliminate any blockage. A foot reflex massage can help and brings body and mind in balance.
Kids Wellness
Your children are also more than welcome at our Health & Wellness Center. If desired, you can be present during the treatment; or better yet, enjoy a wonderful treatment yourself. Wellness for children is available for ages 6 through 12.
