Restaurant & Dining
Our head chef, Rob Fiselier, is fervent advocate of traditional culinary craftsmanship. As a result, our kitchen brigade is dedicated to working with the best regional products coming "fris from the noabers", such a regional variety of potato from Manderveen, shitakes from Tilligte and fresh farmer's ice cream from Nutter. Regional hunters provide us with game in winter. We use prunes picked from our own orchard.
